|
Brian Rose ('01) |
Corning Community College &
SUNY Cortland |
Brian graduated from East in 2001. He
holds several scoring records and is regarded as the best mid-range jump
shooter ever in the school's history. He went on to play two years at
Corning Community College. He transferred to SUNY Cortland where he is
focusing his attention to academics while majoring in business.

|
Mike Kelly ('02) |
SUNY Fredonia |
Mike graduated from East in 2002.
Mike holds several records including assists in a game and is only one
of two players from 2000 - 2004 to have an assist to turnover ratio over
the course of a season greater than 1 to 1. he is attending SUNY
Fredonia and played on the JV team his freshman year. His sophomore
year, he made the Varsity Men's team. Mike is majoring in business. |
|
Brandon Pease ('03) |
St.
John Fisher College |
Brandon graduated in 2003. He holds
the all-time single game scoring record with 33 points versus Chenango
Forks. He scored 777 career points and holds several 3 point scoring
records. He was named to the All-Tournament Team for the Bob Shaddock
Holiday Tournament his junior year. During his junior and senior season,
he was beset with a nagging knee injury that curtailed his performance
but his desire to play never wavered. His game-winning 3 point shot
defeated Windsor in sectional play his senior year. Brandon is attending
St. John Fisher College. He played on the JV team his freshman season. |
|
Steve Rowe ('03) |
Schenectady Community College |
Steve graduated
in 2003. Steve holds the record for most blocked shots in a game with
five. He also blocked four consecutive shots in a brief flurry during an
East-West game then dove on the ball creating a jump ball situation.
Steve was the ultimate unselfish player passing up shots for a
teammate's better one. Steve is attending Schenectady County Community
College and majoring in Hotel Management. He played on the Men's team
his freshman season and started several games. |

Andy O'Hare ('05) |
St. John Fisher College |
A 2005 East high graduate, Andy
is currently attending St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY. the
former All-Leader Player of the Year and East MVP has made the very
successful Varsity squad at Fisher. Last season, Fisher went 27-1 with
their only loss to SUNY Potsdam in the NCAA DIII quarterfinals. With a
number of players returning, Andy will need to watch the games from the
bench and at the same time work hard in practice to secure his spot for
next year. It is a humbling experience for such a good player but with
upperclassmen with NCAA experience in front of him, it will be and is
very hard to break into that lineup. It is a very valuable learning
experience for Andy to endure. It will benefit him in the long run. The
coaching staff at Fisher is high on him if he is able to be patient and
work hard at the same time. Andy is studying business at St. John
Fisher. |
